Falkon SMS Fair Usage Policy

At Falkon SMS, we are committed to providing reliable and high-quality messaging services to all our users. To ensure consistent performance and prevent misuse, we have implemented the following Fair Usage Policy (FUP).

1. Credit Usage

Each SMS message (outgoing) sent via Falkon SMS consumes 1 credit per message segment (160 characters).

All users on standard plans are allocated 3,000 SMS credits per month.

2. Monthly Credit Cap

​

The 3,000-credit allocation is provided per user, not per organization.

Credits are refreshed monthly and do not roll over.

3. Exceeding the Monthly Limit

​

If a user exceeds the 3,000-credit limit in a given month, the following charges will apply:
$0.0275 per additional SMS credit beyond the 3,000-credit threshold.

These additional charges will be invoiced monthly.

4. Monitoring & Alerts

Usage will be monitored regularly.

​

5. Abuse & Misuse

​

Bulk spamming, unsolicited marketing, or any violation of local telecom regulations is strictly prohibited.
Falkon SMS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

6. Exceptions

​

Custom plans with higher limits can be discussed and arranged upon request.
Non-profit organizations and enterprise clients may be eligible for alternate terms.
